Several generations have passed since the events of Merlin's 1, 1.5 and 2 (Let's say 100 years)
Merlin is now even older and is expected to retire qute soon, so the school is abuzz with who might replace him. Meanwhile, the newest generation of students are learning like ever. However, somthing dark lurks in the shadows, ensaring the students and attempting to bring discord. However life and love goes on at the Academy as the next generation comes into their own

Bio: Rai is a relative of the Rai who attended Merlin's academy some time ago. He, like his ancestor comes from a long line of respected Thunder Mages, thus a lot is expected of him. Part of him is serious and part of him just wants to goof around, but when push comes to shove he does what needs to be done

He has a very low opinion of himself and doesn't get why the few people who are his friends would want to be it and has no self hope for ever finding love

Bio: Hale was brought up in the States, but lived all over and is quite well travelled. He seems quite stern and unvorgiving mut in reality he has a soft gooey centre

Name: Maika (My-KA)
Age: 17
Nationality: French
Power: The power of the Gods. Her name means: 'Who is the real god?' She has mixed powers, mostly of elements but can sometimes do fears etc.

Bio: Maika is a beautiful french transfer student who speaks fluent french and poor english, she tries though. She moved because of how much people around her disliked her and were freaked out by her powers. Maika seems to have no one to share her feelings with except her friend Jake who she met in Merlin before her first day. Jake is Maika's translator, he can understand french and english and speak to both sides. He has a bit of a crush on Maika himself. Maika has medium length brown hair and purple eyes with some dark in them. She is a very sweet and shy girl with a temper but can often be the complete opposite.

Power: He can freeze time (OBEY THIS god its not like i'm going to make him freeze time but whenever i have a char that can do this everyone ignores it....like god NOT that hard!) He can also make metal wings and metal weapons appear to his use.

Bio: Jake came to Merlin's school mainly to get his powers in order, he seems to be like such a jerk on the outside but isn't. He can mend metal to his will and freeze time only when completely necessary for a short period. He has gold like eyes and dark blue hair. He can speak some languages fluently even though he's german. Jake can understand Maika well and translate for her when she needs it. Etc Etc .

Age: 17
Nationality: French
Power: Control over spiders, can make them crawl out of his skin by the hundreds. He also has all the abilities of a spider. He can harden webs till they are unbreakable.
Weapon: A silver blade with a gold hilt and ruby locked into the end of the hilt that’s passed down through his family.
Bio: Voras is named after the Lithuanian word for spider. He is a Descendant of Geode and Ariana, yet didn’t inherit anything from his ancestors except the looks. His powers go off the family line’s powers. Instead he has a power that centers around his name. There is one problem with his power though, he has extreme Arachnophobia. He’s too afraid to use the summon spiders part of his power. Another thing he did not inherit was the philandering and open personality; instead he is withdrawn and silent. He has an evil side to him, at it is shown by him having completely black eyes with a red cross in them. He has a familiar that he inherited, named Skell. It is an undead spider.

Nother one comin soon

He walked across the grass. It was September the 1st, which in England meant the weather had started to pass from the long, boiling Sunny days to the occasional rain shower. Last night had one such shower. It had rained for 6 hours nonstop, so the grass was sharp and crisp and at the greenest he had seen it for a good while. But then it had been a long time since he had last been here, or at least it felt like it. The Summer had been long and largely uneventful. However, nestled away in between all the uneventful days there had been a few quite eventful ones, including a visit from the Headmaster himself. After all, he was descended from a student whom Merlin had shared a close relationship. But that was then, this is now. It was the start of a new school year, and despite all the imminent dangers ahead, those of which hew knew and those of which he didn't, nothing could quell his excitement at being back at this great institution once again



He walked slowly across the hall to his room. It was a brand new year, a chance to reinvent himself as anything he wanted to be. He couldn't dent his excitement, but he knew his shyness would eventually get in the way, but he was more determined now than ever to overcome it and have some friends. He reached for the handle and nervously opened it. He took a look inside and a smile slowly creeped across his face

Voras walked onto the campus of the school and took a deep breath, his family has gone here for Generations and despite his protests, his parents sent him here. He let out a sigh, what was wrong with normal school?
"'It'll help you control your evil Voras, you can learn about your powers Voras'" He said in a mocking voice of his parents who told him those things when signing him up for the school. He did have an evil in him, more potent than his ancestors ever had, which is why he was here. That and he has a natural affinity to strong magics and wanted him to be trained on how to use them for good. "Good is over-rated." He was talking to himself again, a strange habit to do.
He looked at the building, what was he supposed to do right now? He was a new kid here and having no idea what to do he walked into the building. Thats when it happened, Skell crawled onto his shoulder. "AHHHHHH!" He went pale and hit Skell off, then went red with Embarrassment "SKELL!" He could swear he saw the undead familiar laugh and snicker at him, "Its not funny!" he growled a bit at the spider.

Maika walked up to the school and looked at it. It amazed her. Her purple eyes glittered at the building and she looked around it. She started talking in french, saying how beautiful it was. Her brown hair blew around and she shivered a bit, she was sort of scared, being at a new school and all and only knowing one person wasn't the best thing. She hated the feeling, the guilt, the dead feeling in her. She wore a pink sweater and a black pair of sweats. A light pale pink beret laid on her head. Someone ran up to her and greeted her, a boy named Jake. He had dark blue hair and dark eyes and talked to her a bit about it.
Soon he took her hand and started leading her into the school looking around at every student and creature there.

Rai walked into the school. He stopped for a long moment and took a deep breath. This yeah, he promised himself, would not be like the last one. He looked around, instantly re-familiarising himself with the place. His dorm was exactly in the same place as it had been last time, so he started to head towards it, passing many familiar faces, though not stopping for anything, instead just giving short 'hi's' and how's things?'. He walked passed a fair few students that it seemed were new. He remembered what it had been like for him. It was thrilling being here, whether or not you were new. He reached his room and went inside and his eyes widened at what he saw inside


Anthony looked at his new room and smiled. It was slightly bigger than he expected, and he loved it. He wasted no time in bringing his stuff in and customising it, though it was minimally decorated. He picked up his map of the school which sat on every bed on the first day of a new term and decided to go exploring the grounds to get used to things

Voras looked down at the piece of paper with his dorm number, he had to find it. Eventually he found his room and went in, skell tracking right behind him, ready to scare his new young master once again.
Voras looked around the room, it was pretty big, enough to fit his needs he made skell a nice home in the corner of the room so that he would leave him alone. He brought all his stuff in and decorated his room. The family sword was propped against the bed once he was done and he was looking at what he hung on the wall opposite the bed, it was a poster, a diagram of a black eye with a cross in the middle of it. Notes were written across the poster. Back at his house, he had been trying to crack the code of his evil side. He never had any luck with it. He was hoping that now he could find it out.
On the north wall he kept the design of a couple swords that he had been trying to create. Finally on the wall with the door he kept a pentagram poster.
Once he was satisfied with the decor he picked up the map that was left on his bed and walked out of his dorm going around the school learning about it.

Jake had walked Maika to her room once she saw enough of the outside. His dorm was a bit closer to hers so it would be easy to check up on her if he needed. 'If you need help find me ok?' He spoke o her in french and she nodded watching him leave the room. Her dorm was filled with a mix, her walls were a plain color, the normal dorm color and she placed some dark posters up but also put her name on the wall in cute pink letters. She laid down on her bed after she was done, the sheets laying on it were a pale pink, it didn't match too much with the room except for the letters on the wall but it didn't matter much to her. She laid down thinking if she should go meet other students, what would they be like? Are they mean or....what?

Rai stared at the figure sitting on his bed in shock
"You...wha...how....why? How the heck did you even get in here?"
The figure simply laughed
"You really don't know anything do you?"
Rai growled at him but the figure simply vanished. Rai rubbed his eyes and blinked to make sure he had actually seen who he thought he had seen
"I'd probably better tell Merlin about this..."


Anthony walked around the grounds exploring. He eventually found a bench that was dry and sat himself down on it and watched the people around him walk by, completely ignoring he was even there. He sighed to himself and shrunk a little in sadness. Not even one day back and no one would talk to him

Voras held his head halfway through his self-lead tour. "Not right now" He said through clenched teeth fighting the blackness that was starting to take over his eyes. His head pounded and he could feel the evil he has been trying for years to supress trying to surface. This was how out of control it was, even unprovoked it proved too powerful for Voras to handle alone.

Maika and Jake left there rooms and met up to go look for new students.

Rai got up and left his room too. He started walking around looking for people but couldn't find any of his old friends. He guessed they must have been hiding from him. Instead he saw Maika and Jake, though he didn't know who they were he could tell enough to know they were new to the school


Anthony was still sitting on the bench when he saw Voras grab his head. He looked concerned and walked up to him
"Um hi there...I saw you seem to be in pain...do you need any help?" he asked gently

Voras looked slowly at him his left eye was black with a red cross in it "N-no... its taking over again, it hurts" His other eye was slowly turning black

(No its not I'm just so confused atm)

Maika looked at Rai and pulled Jake's arm. Jake looked at Rai and smiled. "Hi, we're new here, can you help us out? We don't know anyone here or where are classes are." He held out his hand. "I'm Jake an this cutie is Maika."

Anthony looked at Voras with a little shock. This was certainly a little odd, even by the Academy's standards
"What's taking over? Is there anything I can do to help or stop whatever it is?" he asked getting increasingly concerned


[Confused how?]

Rai looked at Jake and then Maika, and then back to Jake as he shook his hand
"It's nice to meet you both, I'm Rai. It's always nice to see a fresh face around this place. And sure, I'd be more than happy to help you both out. If you show me your timetables I can show you your classes or give you a general idea of where everything is"

"What do you know about sealing magics" Voras asked quickly, he was hurting all over he was still struggling for control. THe evil inside him was too powerful for him to handle alone. When he was home he had his father adn mother to help him through this.

Jake nodded. "Nice to meet you Rai and yeah here." Jake handed him his roster. "Me and Maika have the same classes, so i'll be able to take her to them if you show me where I could go."

He shook his head
"Nothing I'm afraid, I didn't take that course...wish I had now..."
Anthony looked around but most of the students had gone elsewhere leaving them mostly alone


"I see" Rai said taking his timetable and glancing it over a few times
"Well it looks like quite a good one and you have some quite easy to find classrooms, so that's good. And one or two of your classes are nearby mine, like the one I have right now, and the one you guys have right now if you wanted to head there now?"

"Well yeah its school so might as well go to class right?" He laughed a bit. "You can't cut class can you?" He paused for a second. "And Rai...what powers do you have?"

"Well actually you can cut some classes, but not all. It depends on various factors such as how you're being assessed, and how strict the teacher is. In general is a good idea to go to class unless you have a good reason to cut. And my power? I can produce and manipulate electricity...well, that's my families speciality anyway"
He started walking them to class
"What about you guys?"

"Oh I see haha." Jake took hold of Maika's hand as they walked. "Thats some cool power. Maika is a goddess has a bit of each god power, even your electricity." He smiled looking at her but she just was looking straight walking with them. "As for me." He turned back to Rai. "I can freeze time for a bit and manipulate metal."

"S-see if you can get the headmaster, he should know aobut my family and our Duality problems" He said in a weak voice "Be fast"

Anthony looked at him and nodded. He closed his eyes for a moment then opened them. He started running but seemed to run through the wall itself and vanished


"I see, those are some pretty cool powers, but I still suggest that you keep out of fights with people who have been here longer than you. Training counts for a lot. If you're well trained in combination with your powers you'll go far"
He glanced back at them
"I can't help but ask, I'm sorry if this is out of place but what's the relationship between you two? Maika doesn't seem to be very talkative"
